On Thursday 26th February, our third Peer Support–led Adventure Day took place with Year 9 classes 9Y, 9S, and 9K. The weather was ominous and threatened to turn most of the day, but despite this, students and leaders pushed on and successfully completed all activities. When the rain finally set in, we returned to school slightly earlier than planned.
The Year 9 students showed great energy and teamwork throughout the day, and our Peer Support leaders once again did an excellent job running the activities and looking after the younger students. The positive attitudes on display helped create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone involved.
