This week is Chinese Language Week, and our International Department celebrated by arranging a hands-on dumpling-making activity for students currently studying Mandarin classes.

For some students, it was their very first time discovering what goes into a traditional dumpling recipe. For others, they proved to be absolute experts at wrapping, folding, and of course eating them!

We are absolutely thrilled to bring more cultural activities to our school community, giving our students the chance to experience different traditions, try new foods, and broaden their global horizons.
